We use marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Fresh works to streamline and align clients’ sales and marketing processes, leverage customized marketing automation strategies and intelligent people insights to up their marketing efforts in the right way.

These solutions range from content marketing, SEO and social media strategies to paid ad campaigns and ABM and drip campaigns, all of which help grow businesses organically.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with clients to define and implement technical solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, email and landing page development, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Create/Modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot, warm, and cold leads.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, Compliance opt In and Data Look Ups etc.
  • Develop strategic plans for data cleaning projects and perform it on any MAP.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM integrations such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experienced in building and using APIs. Ability to design and build integrations between MAP and different applications.
  • Must have good knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets and can create HTML emails, and landing pages in any MAP.
  • Should have hands-on experience in design, develop and manage targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs.
  • Expertise in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms especially in Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp or Similar Enterprise MAP. 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including data privacy laws and deliverability best practices.
  • Should have hands-on experience in tool migration and can plan and execute data and assets migration from one MAP to another.
  • Should know how to audit MAP instances and fix issues.
  • Should know how to set up a Marketing automation tool from scratch and can do admin setup efficiently. Consult with marketing, technical and business team and provide optimized system.
  • Should know how to create and set up email preference centers in different Marketing automation tools.
  • Should know how to set up two-factor authentication in HubSpot.
  • Comfortable with chatbot setup like Drift, Land Bot, intercom, and Chatbot
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL will be an add-on.
