•End-to-End Demand Generation:
Manage the complete demand generation process, including the intake, assignment, review, approval, and execution of campaigns. Utilize internal tools to request, monitor, and align all demand generation support with approved campaigns and tactics.
•Campaign & Media Strategy:
Oversee the planning and execution of paid media and social campaigns in accordance with corporate guidelines. Develop audience-based media strategies targeting specific segments and create tailored sub-campaigns for different solution areas. Maintain a consistent investment strategy in paid media to optimize costs and engagement.
•Advanced Targeting & Partnerships:
Enhance campaign effectiveness by leveraging advanced targeting techniques such as lookalike modeling and influencer partnerships. Engage with strategic partners—including advisement and execution support from platforms like LinkedIn—to amplify campaign reach and impact.
•Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work collaboratively with marketing, analytics, and global planning teams to develop and refine demand generation strategies. Regularly engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide performance updates, and ensure overall alignment with marketing goals.
•Performance & Top-Up Process Management:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation activities, offering insights and recommendations for continual improvement. Manage the top-up funding process with GDC, ensuring that additional resources are allocated effectively and that performance metrics are accurately monitored.
Qualifications:
•Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles.
•Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms such as Adobe Marketo. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
•Project & Communication Skills:
Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Proven track record in successfully managing demand generation campaigns within a global, matrixed organization with budgets upwards of $1.5M USD.
•Experience using and project managing the development of advanced MarTech and marketing automation platforms to drive campaign success.
