Must be familiar with both the declarative and programmatic capabilities of, experienced with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce API suite

• Multiple Salesforce certifications and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce, highly preferred

• Possess creativity, strong frontend skills, and impeccable attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously, and maintain a very high quality of work while adhering to the company's best practices for working with data

• Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client & prospect)

• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment- ability to manage a delivery team is a must!

• Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical

• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment

• Past leadership experience successfully managing a team of developers, highly preferred

• Ability to keep and log time on daily basis for client and project reporting needs


• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (IT qualification)

• 5+ years of experience with and as a developer

• Knowledge/skills in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce AppExchange, Apex,

Professional Attribute

• Must have Good Communication skill /Capable of Client facing

• Good to have Handled Team of junior Developers

• Ability to work independently
