Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet established objectives. 
  • Journey Builder: Create and manage customer journeys and automation workflows to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Data Management: Work with data extensions, import/export data, and ensure data integrity for email campaigns. 
  • Segmentation: Develop audience segmentation strategies to target the right customers with personalized content. 
  • Content Management: Create and manage email templates, including responsive design and dynamic content blocks. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align email strategies with business goals. 
  • End-to-end experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) functionalities, including AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Cloud Pages, Web Studio and Journey Builder. 
  • Segmenting data with SQL queries, integrating SFMC with other platforms such as Sales Cloud, FTP, and CDP, and fetching content from data extensions for multilingual emails. 
  • SQL, Email Marketing, Server-Side JavaScript, AMPscript, Automation Studio. 

 
 
 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SFMC tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder. 
  • Email Marketing: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. 
  • Data Skills: Experience with SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and dynamic content creation. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer) are a plus. 
  • Design Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. 
  • Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
