We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and migration of modern websites from static HTML to dynamic WordPress platforms, with a strong command of Node.js and React.js for custom front-end components and automation workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage WordPress development projects, including custom themes and plugin development.
  • Oversee and execute HTML to WordPress conversion with responsive and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Integrate React.js components within WordPress environments for enhanced interactivity.
  • Utilize Node.js for tooling, automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and backend teams to deliver high-performance, SEO-friendly websites.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and manage technical documentation.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and support project delivery from planning to deployment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with WordPress (custom theme & plugin development).
  • Proficient in converting HTML/CSS/JS websites to WordPress CMS.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, REST APIs, and MySQL.
  • Familiar with modern development tools (Git, Webpack, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively.
