Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, event/conference partnerships, and account management, along with strong expertise in managing sales funnels, pipelines, and regional growth strategies. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, business acumen, and the ability to identify and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event partners, and key decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.

  • Create and manage a structured sales funnel and maintain an updated pipeline in CRM.

  • Negotiate and close business deals with a focus on long-term client partnerships.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver customized client solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Ensure high standards of client servicing and post-sales account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or event-based business development.

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, funnels, and account management processes.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in handling regional sales and managing multiple city accounts.

  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite.


Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to events, conferences, marketing automation, or SaaS-based solutions.

  • Existing network of corporate or enterprise clients is a plus.
