Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for Monday.com implementation and automation services.
Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and workflow requirements.
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase how Monday.com can optimize their operations.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination.
Work closely with the implementation and marketing automation teams to ensure client success.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on new CRM and automation tools, trends, and features within the Monday.com ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of B2B sales experience in CRM, SaaS, or marketing automation solutions.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and client onboarding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing enterprise or mid-market clients.
Familiarity with Monday.com (or similar project management tools) will be a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Hands-on experience in Monday.com setup, customization, or integration.
Knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar automation tools.
