Monday.com Implementation & Configuration
• Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end monday.com solutions tailored to client business processes
• Create and manage boards, dashboards, workspaces, permissions, and views
• Develop advanced custom automations within monday.com to improve efficiency and accuracy
Workflow & Automation Development
• Design and optimize complex workflows using monday.com, Make.com, and Zapier
• Build and maintain integrations between monday.com and third-party applications
• Automate data transfer, document management, and task tracking processes
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
• Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical workflow designs
• Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements
Project & Client Management
• Lead implementation projects from discovery through deployment
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations
• Support sales and customer success teams during evaluations, demos, and technical discussions
Data & Document Management
• Handle data migration, file transfers, and structured data organization
• Design document workflows including approvals, storage, and version control
Optimization & Support
• Identify workflow gaps and optimize existing monday.com setups
• Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and post-implementation support
• Guide clients on best practices, upgrades, and solution scalability
Required Skills & Tools
• Strong expertise in monday.com configuration and automation
