Bidding & Lead Generation
Identify and bid on projects across platforms such as:
Upwork
Freelancer
Fiverr
PeoplePerHour
Guru
Analyze project requirements and submit customized, high-quality proposals
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Client Communication
Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams
Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and closing activities
Proposal & Documentation
Prepare proposals, quotations, and capability documents
Ensure timely submission and quality of bids
Maintain proposal and client communication records
Reporting & Coordination
Update daily/weekly bid reports
Track conversion metrics (bids vs wins)
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for accurate estimations
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to understand technical and business requirements
Experience in proposal writing and client handling
