Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities 

Bidding & Lead Generation 

  • Identify and bid on projects across platforms such as:  

  • Upwork 

  • Freelancer 

  • Fiverr 

  • PeoplePerHour 

  • Guru 

  • Analyze project requirements and submit customized, high-quality proposals 

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads 

Client Communication 

  • Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls 

  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams 

  • Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and closing activities 

Proposal & Documentation 

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and capability documents 

  • Ensure timely submission and quality of bids 

  • Maintain proposal and client communication records 

Reporting & Coordination 

  • Update daily/weekly bid reports 

  • Track conversion metrics (bids vs wins) 

  • Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for accurate estimations 

 

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience 

  • Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) 

  • Ability to understand technical and business requirements 

  • Experience in proposal writing and client handling 

  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset 

 

Good to Have 

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies 

  • Knowledge of CRM tools 

  • Basic understanding of web, mobile, or digital marketing services 

  • International client exposure
