The Zoho Developer will design, build, customize, integrate, maintain, and support Zoho applications to meet business requirements. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to implement workflows, automate processes, and ensure data integrity and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize, configure, and maintain Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Inventory, etc.) as per business needs.

  • Develop business logic using Deluge scripting: custom functions, workflows, validation/assignment/escalation rules, blueprints, etc.

  • Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, external databases, etc.
    -Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics (using Zoho Analytics or within CRM) to support management / business decision-making.

  • Manage/administer Zoho user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing/security settings, system access.

  • Collaborate with business/process teams to gather requirements, map process flows, suggest improvements, and translate them to technical solutions.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Zoho applications; ensure performance, reliability, accuracy of data.

  • Data migration & data management — import/export / cleanups / transformation where needed.

  • Maintain technical documentation (requirements, design, test cases, deployment, user guides).

  • Provide support or training to end users as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.

  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating Zoho with external services.

  • Good understanding of Zoho modules: workflows, assignment/escalation rules, approvals, validation rules, user roles/security / sharing rules.

  • Experience building reports and dashboards, data analysis.

  • Familiarity with other Zoho products (Books, People, Inventory etc.) is a plus.

  • Solid problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and debug.

  • Good communication skills; ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong documentation skills.


Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator etc.).

  • Experience in Zoho One / Zoho Flow / Zoho Analytics.

  • Prior experience in implementation projects (end-to-end) rather than just maintenance.

  • Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS (especially for custom pages/widgets).

  • Prior exposure to large data migrations, integration with ERP/legacy systems.
